- Billing records handled through Stripe, such as customer ID, plan, payment status, and invoices.
- Studio inputs such as prompts, settings, uploaded media, generated assets, and job status.
- Analytics and technical data such as pages visited, device information, logs, referrers, and performance events.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain the service.
- Process subscriptions, credits, invoices, and checkout events.
- Run generation jobs and show results in your account.
- Improve product quality, page performance, and customer support.
- Send transactional emails and service notices.
3. Service providers
kublaro uses providers such as Stripe for payments, infrastructure and CDN providers for hosting and delivery, analytics tools for product measurement, email providers for transactional messages, and AI model providers for generation workflows.
4. Retention
Account and billing data is retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational reasons. Generated assets and uploads may be retained to provide history, downloads, support, and abuse prevention unless deleted according to product controls or support requests.
5. Your choices
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data.
- You can cancel your subscription according to the refund and cancellation policy.
- You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

6. Security
