These terms describe the rules for using kublaro.com, creating an account, buying a plan, generating media, and using exported work.

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using kublaro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service description
kublaro is an AI image and video studio. Users can create images, create video, upload source images where supported, use style packs, manage credits, and download generated media.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Billing and subscriptions
Plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless a plan explicitly says otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use kublaro to create illegal, harmful, harassing, or exploitative content.
- Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, abuse APIs, or interfere with the service.
- Do not present generated content in a misleading way where disclosure is legally required.
6. Generated content and rights
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use. Where your plan includes commercial rights, those rights apply subject to these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms of any underlying model providers.
7. Data and privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. kublaro uses service providers for infrastructure, analytics, email, payments, and generation workflows.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep kublaro reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, model availability, pricing, and limits may change as providers and product capabilities evolve.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kublaro and CodeAustral LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to use of the service.
